Everyone is entitled to all the rights and freedoms …., without distinction of any kind, such as race, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status….

People living with HIV; people living with TB; people who use drugs; sex workers; men who have sex with men and trans*people cannot be at risk of being deprived of their nationality because of their status. Vulnerable groups cannot face discriminatory treatment from the officials in obtaining a passport or a proof of nationality just because they belong to a certain vulnerable group.
