People from key populations (KP) must not be unlawfully deprived of the right to marriage, founding a family, bearing children because of their status. Public officials and healthcare workers must not prevent women who use drugs or women living with HIV, from making their positive maternity choices (without any pronounced health risks) or refuse to provide reproductive healthcare services to women from key populations. Forced marriage exploiting vulnerability is illegal.
