Article 24

Everyone has the right to rest and leisure, including reasonable limitations of working hours and periodic holidays with pay.

People living with HIV; people with TB; drug users; sex workers; men having sex with men and trans*people have the right to normal working conditions for all, which means that they are prohibited from being forced to work longer hours than other workers (including a ban on deprivation of their vacation or its unlawful restriction by an employer who takes advantage of the vulnerable position of employees).
