Everyone has the right to a standard of living adequate for the health and well-being of himself and of his family, including food, clothing, housing and medical care and necessary social services…

People living with HIV; people with TB; people who use drugs; sex workers; men having sex with men, and trans*people may not be subjected to discriminatory restriction of the right to choose residence within the borders of their state, nor can they be forbidden to visit some places. Changing the place of residence must not mean restriction of their rights to any health or social services.
