... Everyone has the right to freedom of peaceful assembly and association…

People living with HIV; people with TB; people who use drugs; sex workers; men having sex with men. and trans*people, as well as any NGOs defending their interests have the right to freely state their demands, participate in meetings, vigils in public, peaceful marches aimed at delivering the message about their position, requests or demands regarding their rights and interests, e.g., concerning health care, ART and OST, freedom of sexual orientation and gender choice, decriminalization of drug use, and legalization of sex work. Such peaceful assemblies shall include, without limitation, LGBT prides, free conduct of various working meetings and conferences regarding the above topics.
