…Everyone has the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion…

People living with HIV; people with TB; drug users; commercial sex workers; men having sex with men and trans*people cannot be unlawfully deprived of their right to worship or participate in their religious ceremonies and rites (if they practise any religion) because of their status. They cannot be forced to practise any rites or observe any religious ideology (for example, “confession of sins”) against their own will.
