Everyone has the right to an effective remedy by the competent national tribunals for acts violating the fundamental rights granted him by the constitution or by law.
People living with HIV; people with TB; drug users; sex workers; men having sex with men and trans*people must have the right to seek protection against violation of their rights in court, and such an appeal must be effectively reviewed and resolved.
