Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person.
People living with HIV; people with TB; drug users; sex workers; men having sex with men and trans*people have the right to receive life-saving drugs guaranteed by the state. They cannot be subjected to illegal encroachments on their freedom and personal integrity by the police and other law enforcement agencies.
